Kindle Cafe offers private catering for your events, large or small, and we work with you to create a delicious menu prepared with local, seasonal and artisan foods.
To request a quote for your event please contact Chef Vincent Peterson with responses to the following questions:- What is the date of your event?
- What are the start and end times?
Where is the event?- How many guests?
- Is this a cold pick-up*, hot drop-off** or full-service catering***?
- Is there a kitchen at the venue?
- If yes, residential or commercial?
- If no, is there running water?
- Will you, the host, or the venue be providing all all necessary tables, linens, chairs, plate ware, glass ware, utensils, napkins, candles, etc.?
- Do you require a bar set-up?
- Any particular dishes or style you have in mind? Our specialties are Italian, Indian and Southwestern.
- What style of service are you looking to provide? Passed hors d’oeurves; coursed, plated meal; family style; buffet?
- Would you like dessert?
- Tea and/or Coffee?
- Do you require assistance with other aspects of the event? Venue, rentals, flowers, decor, music?
